Mr. James Urbaniak is a recognized industry expert in the development and evaluation of Continuous Quality Improvement programs. Mr. Urbaniak has led the development and implementation of quality programs on a national and international basis. He has managed a large Quality Assurance Division, and has trained and certified over a thousand technical staff personnel. He has built mission critical quality and training applications for the US Navy and the nuclear power industry that comply with federal human safety standards for high risk environments. In the private sector Mr. Urbaniak has implemented ISO 9000 quality standards, as well as quality programs addressing other nationally known standards such as those promoted by Motorola, and General Motors. Mr. Urbaniak has performed reengineering and program development projects specifically aimed at improvement of Configuration Management, and Change Management, Document Management, and Software Quality, for mission critical applications. Mr. Urbaniak has participated in the process improvement and redesign of a major call center process and software for a Two Billion dollar client. Mr. Urbaniak has served in the role of CEO, COO, and VP Marketing and Sales for Healthcare Consulting firms.
